  95. ROFF4 V1.61 is a greatly enhanced version of ROFF -- a text formatter
  96. based on the formatter in K & R's book ^QSoftware Tools^q. ROFF4 V1.60 is 
  97. written in BDS C by Ernest E. Bergmann. It is now enhanced and moved to IBM PC.

  100. This formatter includes all the merits of ROFF. It can make nice printing of a 
  101. file with as little or as much help from the program, depending on your 
  102. need.
