- ROFF4 V1.61 is a greatly enhanced version of ROFF -- a text formatter
- based on the formatter in K & R's book ^QSoftware Tools^q. ROFF4 V1.60 is
- written in BDS C by Ernest E. Bergmann. It is now enhanced and moved to IBM PC.
